Babel - Understanding text

Babel has a data/use homepage at babel.illuminet.se

This is tool implements dynamic data structuring of words and context spaces. Models can be mixed and references added to created terms.
This package includes markov, ngram, ispell-affix tools, text lexers and parsers.

The very same term can be used in different term contexts (words).

/en/noun 'and'
/se/name/creature 'and' (swedish for 'duck')

Or detailed like:

/se/name/place/city 'Stockholm'
